- What is home watch?
- While you're away, we visit your home on a regular schedule, check it inside and out, and send you a report with photos after every visit.
- What happens if you find a problem?
- Anything urgent is reported to our office right away so we can act and contact you. Every report lists anything that needs attention first, and we can get a quote from a checked local vendor if you'd like.
- Will I see photos?
- Yes. Each report includes photos stamped with the date, time and location they were taken. You can see every report online and download a PDF.
- How do you keep my keys and alarm codes safe?
- Codes are stored separately from everything else, only the office and the inspector visiting that day can see them, and every look is recorded. They never appear in emails or reports.
- What if my plans change?
- Update your away dates in your online account and our office adjusts the visits.
